How to Order
HOW TO ORDER
Follow these five simple steps to submit your dental design request.
From uploading scan files via Google Drive to receiving your completed design — we've made it easy.
STEP 1
Prepare Your Scan Files
Export final scan data from your intraoral scanner (3Shape, Medit, iTero, etc.) and prepare the following files.

PLY
OBJ
DCM
ZIP
RAR
- Full arch scan — Upper & Lower
- Bite registration scan
- Opposing arch scan (if applicable)
- Compress multiple files into ZIP or RAR
STEP 2
Upload to Google Drive & Share Link
Upload your scan files to Google Drive and share the link with us.
Upload Files
Create a folder & upload all scan files
Set Permission
Change to "Anyone with the link"
Copy Link
Paste the link into the order form
Make sure the sharing permission is set to "Anyone with the link" — otherwise our team cannot access your files.
STEP 3
Fill Out the Order Form
Complete all required fields in the order form for accurate processing.

Patient Case No.
Desired Delivery Date
Service Type
Shade & Design Details
Google Drive Link
Patient Photos (Optional)
Please use a case number instead of the patient's real name to protect personal information.
STEP 4
Submit & Payment
After submitting the order form, proceed with payment using one of the methods below.

Jaw Selection Pricing:
Select Upper or Lower individually. Selecting one jaw is charged once, and selecting both Upper and Lower is charged twice.
Example: Complete Denture — one jaw $50, both jaws $100.

Receive Your Design
Once payment is confirmed, your design will be processed and delivered.

Design in Progress — Our team begins working on your case.

Review & Revision — One free revision included per order.

Final Delivery — Completed files sent via Google Drive or Email.
Standard turnaround: 3–5 business days. Express turnaround: within 24 hours (additional +20% fee applies).
